Donations from companies and support from trusts are vital in letting CORDA continue its work into heart disease and stroke.

How you can support us

Here are just some of the ways that you can support CORDA:

  • Nominate CORDA as your Charity of the Year.
  • Hold a fundraising event and nominate CORDA as one of the beneficiaries.
  • Encourage staff to enter a team at a local or national event to raise funds for CORDA.
  • Set up a Payroll Giving scheme and suggest CORDA as one of the charities that your employees might support.
  • Sponsor a CORDA event, campaign or publication.
  • Make a corporate donation.
  • Donate a gift in kind, such as goods and services that can be raffled or auctioned.

Be inspired

Every year Rydon Construction holds a Go Karting Challenge in aid of CORDA with teams made up of staff and representatives from invited organisations. As they battle to win the Roger Horton Memorial Trophy, named in honour of former managing director the late Roger Horton, who died of a heart attack, they also raise valuable funds for us.

Charity of the Year

Adopting a charity such as CORDA as your organisation's charity of the year can have a very positive effect for you, as well as raising funds for us. It can:

  • demonstrate your organisation's values and commitment to a cause that affects the lives of staff and customers, and the community
  • boost staff morale
  • encourage team building
