For over 30 years, generous donations from individuals and organisations have let CORDA support research into the prevention of heart disease and stroke. But we can only continue to do this vital work with your help.
Many people give their time generously and unstintingly to support our work. For example, in 2008 Christina Small raised £2,000 running in the London Marathon. And in July 2008 Ben Stiff skateboarded from John O'Groats to Lands End to raise awareness of stroke in the young after a friend of his suffered a stroke when she was only 15 years old. Ben also raised £2500 for CORDA.
There are many ways that you can support us, whether you want to raise funds through a special event or sponsorship, or give regular donations or a one-off gift. There are opportunities for individuals and businesses to support our work.
